when john brennan says something, you should not necessarily believe him. we know from what he said in that speech there were specific details that were inaccurate. obama's notion of being transparent with john brennan, a proven liar, does not fly. moreover, given that we know now -- we did not know when he made this speech -- john brennan is the guy that basically, like a said, the last decision maker before obama signs off. he is a pretty big incentive to spend the process in such a way he is protected legally. if in fact they're not using rolls that would abide by international law, he has quite a bit of exposure. now he can claim to be transparent and make this speech about these great standards they're using -- which they're not. the speech he made does not account for signature strikes, which involves patterns rather than specific intelligence. and protect him, but it is not transparency. the administration has repeatedly refused to be transparent on most basic issues with regard to their program. >> last may john brennan was the target of a protest b
